| Norman Mathews débuta sa carrière professionnelle comme danseur-chanteur-acteur dans la "Celebration". Il a un diplôme de Bachelor of Arts de College Hunter et une licence de l’Université de New York. Il a étudié la composition avec Richard Hundley et Charles Turner. Il est en train de crééer un one-woman musical intitulé " Wits End" basé sur la vie de Dorothy Parker.
